Project Coordinator
Grand Rapids, Michigan

A Project Coordinator will support Nederveld team members by assisting with various projects and assignments. S/he will have the opportunity to work with all departments and many team members. As a report-processing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying grammatical, typographical, and compositional errors in engineering reports. You will correct formatting, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and content errors quickly and accurately while maintaining consistency with the established guidelines. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

  • Report processing, formatting, proofreading, editing
  • Coordination and completion of various office tasks on multiple projects
  • Provide accurate and timely service to clients and staff.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to accomplish goals.

    • Work diligently, both independently and collaboratively.
    • Learn from constructive feedback and continuously seek improvement


Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, Home School Diploma, or GED equivalent
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in working in a deadline-driven environment

Position Type/Expected Hours

This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but s/he must be available during the standard work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.​

Physical Demands
This position is largely sedentary. An employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, and hear.
